Time Management & Fitness

I am sure we have all used lack of time as a form of procrastination, when it comes to working out. ‘’I don’t have time today so I think I will do my workout tomorrow’’. ‘’ I am so busy I don’t have time to prioritize working out at all, but I’ll do it eventually. ‘’

The habit of putting something you need to do off is counter productive, because you rarely end up doing it the way you planned. If you are truly committed to doing something you will find a way to make time for it. Even Your most reasonable excuses have to take a back seat when it comes to reaching a goal. Yes lack of time is a conceivable reason to not being able to workout, but how badly do you want it?

The misconception is that you need to schedule long Time consuming workouts or they are

ineffective. You can have a 10min workout that will change your entire day. It is important to

understand your daily schedule and create a plan that conveniently fits fitness into your day.

Making small changes throughout your day is also an effective way to get your heart pumping.

Take the stairs instead of the lift and change your mindset to welcome any form of movement you can sneak in during the day.

Make exercise a habit. Something that you do habitually requires less guess work and less

incentive to make happen. Hold yourself accountable when it comes to working out. If you skip a workout don’t write it off but make it up. Unplanned events happen so your schedule may have to be adjusted from time to time. Adjust and resume!

We all have 24-hours in a day. Let’s Endeavour to make the most out of every minute we are

given. Our health needs to be prioritized, because without it so many other aspects of our life will be affected. We cannot allow ourselves to become complacent and accept that we don’t have time and as cliché as it may sound where there is a will there is a way. Make time for fitness and movement, because in the long run it is only beneficial for your wellbeing and health.
