Bootcamp: Structured group-based training programs that run throughout the year. Classes take place 3 - 4 times a week and a variety of training modes are used such as functional, strength, Tababta and high-intensity interval training.
Personal Training: 1 on 1 or in a small group (2 - 6 people). This offers clients a more personalized experience for their journey.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching: What we eat is a key component of in achieving and maintaining one's goals. We don't offer cookie cutter diet plans, we teach you how you can make small behavior changes that have the potential to produce greater results over time.
Corporate Wellness: A healthy employee is a productive employee. Wellness programs demonstrate to employees that their health is important and that their employers know and care about this aspect. Our programs are designed to support and encourage a holistic approach to employee wellbeing by creating an organizational culture of health.
