On these pages, you will find our training philosophies and strategies that provide you with the exercises that will challenge your mind and body. We often hear that weight training is tough, but have you ever trained with just your own bodyweight? It takes tough to a whole other level. Mastering bodyweight training will not only ensure that you get the most from your workouts, but it will also help further solidify all the work you have done leading up to this point!
The challenge will kick off on Friday, 27th March 2020!

PS: If you have weights at home, you are more than welcome to add them! 💪🏾
We are encouraging anyone who chooses to take part in the challenge to take before pictures, because WHY NOT? 🤷🏾♀ Let’s make good use these next 21 days to crush some goals fitfam!
Pictures should be:
1. Taken in natural lighting
2. Wearing comfortable tight clothing aka workout gear + barefoot
3. Take 1 front shot - arms at your side
4. Take 1 side shot - arms raised in front of you
5. Take 1 back shot - arms at your side
6. Please don’t use filters for the pictures 🙅🏾♀
We’d also like to encourage you to share our daily workouts with your family/ friends you never know ho you might be inspiring to get up and move!
